This bechelor´s thesis deals with searching for potential economic risks of Saint-Gobain PAM CZ Ltd., which operates in the market of cast iron water and sewer systems. The thesis is devided into theoretical part which defines the importent concepts and calculation methods and analytical part, which contains the actual financial analysis and results. There are suggested several options for detected deficiencies to eliminate them as possible for the company.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Subterra a.s. for the period 2017 to 2021 and then presents proposals for its improvement. This thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part contains the theoretical background, which explains the basic concepts and selected indicators. The second part focuses on the practical part, which includes information about the analyzed company and the financial analysis itself. The final part of the thesis contains suggestions for improving the financial situation of the enterprise.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Royal Prostějov, s.r.o., using financial and strategic analysis methods for the years 2017 to 2021. The thesis defines the theoretical foundations not only of financial but also of strategic analysis. Furthermore, the financial and strategic analysis methods are applied to the selected company. Based on the analyses, recommendations aimed at improving the selected company's situation are created, focused on the current situation and deficiencies identified from the analyses.

This Diploma thesis deals with problematics of new enterprises and factors, which are critical for them and for their success or failure in their early years of entrepreneurship (5 years). The main aim of this diploma thesis is to identify these factors and suggest recommendation, which will lead to better ability of surviving and increases their probability of surviving. For research in this thesis will be used data of the small and medium sized companies (100). These data are collect randomly within electrical and electronic engineering industry. Needed companies were founded in websites ebd.cz and merk.cz. Basic data were gained from basic financial statements of companies, which their posted on website justice.cz. These financial statements are balance sheet and Profit and Loss statement. The data were processed using software power BI, which is using in business intelligence. The second aim of this diploma thesis is also to verify selected bankruptcy and solvency models on chosen data.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is financial analysis of MEDISERVIS s. r. o. in period from 2012 to 2016. The company uses fiscal year ended with 30. 6. The thesis is divided into two parts (theoretical and practical). There are indicators, methods, recommanded values, models and other explained in the theoretical part. The practical part deals with applying, assessing and commenting procedures described in the theoretical part. The procedures are horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of ratio indicators (profitability, liquidity, activity and indebtness). Subsequently there is a solvency model (Kralicek quick test) and a bankruptcy model (Altman Z-score) applied. Financial statments from period 2012-2016 are used in this thesis, they are publicly accessible at www.justice.cz

Bachelor thesis deals with financial analysis of Atlas Copco, s.r.o. for the period from 2012 to 2015. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the company. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on definition of financial analysis, methods of financial analysis, analysis of absolute indicators, analysis of ratios, bankruptcy and credibility models. The practical part focuses on presentation of company Atlas Copco, s.r.o. and application of methods and indicators from theoretical part. The conclusion contains evaluation of the financial situation of the company.

Bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of the CHÂTEAU VALTICE Vinné sklepy Valtice, a. s. company and comparison with the company ZNOVÍN ZNOJMO, a. s. by using most of financial indicators. The thesis is divided into two parts: a methodical and a practical part. The methodical part is aimed at description of vertical and horizontal analysis, followed by financial ratios of profitability, turnovers ratios, liquidity and debt ratio. At the end I will evaluate the company via the bankruptcy and credit models and via SWOT analysis. In the practical part is applicated the mentioned methodology. The target of the bachelor thesis is evaluation of the CHÂTEAU VALTICE Vinné sklepy Valtice, a. s. company during the years 2011 2015 and the comparison with the company ZNOVÍN ZNOJMO, a. s.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform the financial analysis of the company SOMA, spol. s r. o. from an external user for the years 2009 to 2014, assess the financial situation of the company and compare it with other companies in the sector, which are JHV-ENGINEERING, s. r. o., KOMFI, spol. s r. o. and LUX, spol. s r. o. This thesis includes methodical part, where are defined chosen indicators of the financial analysis. The analytical part includes the description of the chosen companies and the financial analysis according to the methodical part including intercompany comparisons. At the end there is an overall assessment of the results and summaries.

This thesis contains financial analysis for the company CALPRA s. r. o. from 2005 to 2014 and prediction of future development of this company to the nearest period from 2014. The first part consists of methodical part, in which methods, techniques and financial ratios are introduced. Second part includes practical part which presents the results of a financial analysis in comparison with competing company and the sector. This part also contains a SWOT analysis and outline of company's future development. At the end, the thesis is given an overall evaluation of the financial health of the company.
